Backed by recent strategic investment and trusted by major industrial operators worldwide, it is now focused on scaling its presence across North and Latin America.

The Role

The Role We are seeking a General Manager, Americas - the senior-most leader for the region. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will hold full P&L responsibility and drive growth across North America and LATAM. The role is both strategic and hands-on: building a regional team, winning new enterprise customers, developing channel partnerships, and shaping go-to-market strategy across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Americas business with full commercial and operational oversight.
  • Drive net new revenue through enterprise sales, partnerships, and channels.
  • Hire and develop a high-performing cross-functional team across the region.
  • Build relationships with IOUs, ISOs, major utilities, and LATAM operators.
  • Establish a strong regional presence aligned with client and corporate needs.
Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years’ leadership experience in industrial software, OT, or automation.
  • Track record of launching and scaling regional businesses in North America.
  • Strong network across utilities and energy, with deep understanding of procurement and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experienced in complex enterprise deals and managing elongated sales cycles.
  • P&L management experience, reporting into international HQ.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader comfortable in both strategy and execution.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are advantageous.
