BIPO in Bogotá seeks a pre-sales technical consultant for public cloud and GenAI to back online sales and business development. You will communicate with overseas clients to understand their business and identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities.

You will design feasible AI/on-cloud solutions using multiple cloud products and AI tools, and support solution design with POC and demos. This role requires English fluency and the ability to independently conduct conference calls and daily client

Formación

Bachelor degree required.
2+ years in public cloud, devops or AI product/solution with client interaction experience.
Familiar with at least one cloud vendor's product portfolio and hold major cloud vendor certificates.
Familiar with mainstream AI models and platforms for building AI applications.
Experience in industries such as internet, gaming, e-commerce, or finance is a plus.
Fluent in English with ability to conduct conference calls and daily communication with customers.
Overseas work or study experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Work as a pre-sales technical consultant in public cloud and GenAI for online sales support.
Communicate with overseas clients to understand business and identify cloud/AI opportunities.
Leverage cloud and AI tools to design feasible AI/on-cloud solutions across platforms.
Support GenAI solution design, including requirement research, model/tool selection, and POC/Demo.
Act as a technical liaison to KA clients to resolve issues and boost satisfaction.
