EXL seeks a visionary AVP in its AI Innovation & R&D team to lead client-facing Generative and Agentic AI initiatives, advising Insurance, Healthcare, and Banking clients and shaping EXL’s strategy.

This senior role blends deep technical AI deployment expertise with Fortune 500 stakeholder management, requirement discovery, and cross-team leadership to architect robust, scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value for global clients.

Formación

• Have deep expertise with full stack application and solution development and engineering best practices.
• Experience architecting, building and deploying AI solutions.
• Experience architecting AI agentic solutions that use well-managed core APIs and SDKs to access LLMs and foundational models.
• Solutioning and engineering skills in one of the primary Cloud hyper-scalers with a preference for AWS or Azure skills.
• Experience with Nvidia Nemo frameworks for model development and agentic solutions beneficial.
• Cloud engineering skills including security and disaster recovery, storage, networking, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, Linux, web services, APIs, and DevOps
• Understanding of the primary services leveraged in building and deploying, at scale, Cloud-native applications and platforms.
• Work with clients in a consultative way.
• Define AI solutions with product management.
• Think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital AI solutions.
• Lead conversations on digital AI solutions with senior technical leaders at our clients.
• Be the trusted advisor to clients on the technical details of our AI solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with geo-distributed stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally.

Responsabilidades

• Design, document and govern state-of-the-art agentic solutions and platforms leveraging services available in AWS, Azure and GCP as well as required third party frameworks such as NVIDIA Nemo and LangGraph.
• Contribute to the digital AI Solution strategy for the target industry segments.
• Support pre-sales and delivery efforts of our AI solutions with a focus on IT engineering and security efforts.
• Foster deep relationships with technical stakeholders at our top clients by demonstrating insight and thought leadership on application of digital in their context to help them meet their business goals.
• Work with teams across the business to generate innovative AI solution opportunities.
• Drive innovation across digital engineering around AI.

EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS) is seeking a visionary and technically adept Assistant Vice President (AVP) in EXL’s AI Innovation & R&D team to spearhead our innovative client-facing initiatives in the rapidly evolving fields of Generative and Agentic AI. This high-impact, senior consulting role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in AI solutioning and deployment, Fortune 500 client stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive thought leadership. You will be instrumental in advising Insurance, Healthcare, and Banking clients, designing cutting-edge AI solutions, leading complex implementations, and shaping EXL’s strategy and market presence in Generative and Agentic AI. You will collaborate closely with data science, technology, business development, and client teams to identify opportunities, architect robust solutions, and deliver transformative results.

Responsibilities

Experience

• 8+ yrs of proven track record in architecting AI solutions.
• At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, React, Java, or other programming languages.
• Solution architecture (features, functionalities, upstream & downstream impact on the AI workflow).
• Technical architecture (data flow, technologies, how they interact and integrate, technology selection, scalability, security).
• Agentic Architecture (Multi-agent orchestration, intelligent routing, state management, evaluation, cost and performance optimization).
• Strong expertise in AWS or Azure.
• Demonstrated experience in working with both senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Familiarity with building large-scale AI products or platforms for NLP, speech, computer vision, or recommendation systems serving millions of users.
