TTEC Digital is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize next-generation agentic workflows. You’ll build multi-agent architectures and custom Python/TypeScript tools to extend capabilities within the GECX platform.

You will integrate with databases, CRMs, and CCaaS networks, and you’ll automate CI/CD tests to prevent hallucinations and ensure reliable production runs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience building conversational AI solutions or programmatic AI workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CLIs for deployment.
• Hands-on experience with GECX Code Agent tooling and related SDKs.
• Knowledge of Dialogflow CX or similar conversational frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-agent architectures using CX Agent Studio and Code Agents.
• Write custom code tools and callbacks in Python or TypeScript.
• Leverage CX Agent Studio tooling for linting and validation.
• Design and maintain structured agent instructions and routing.
• Integrate Code Agents with live databases, CRMs, and CCaaS networks.
• Automate quality checks and simulation evals to prevent regressions.
