Evolution Gaming Limited in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Gaming Equipment Technician to manage equipment handling and support procedures while adapting to evolving demands. The role requires basic-to-intermediate electronics/mechanics knowledge and strong tool handling.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inventory control, and quality testing, while coordinating with Floor Operations and reporting to management. Fluency in English and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school education (preferably technical or higher) and/or relevant work experience.
• Handy with common tools (obligatory).
• At least B1 level of English knowledge (obligatory).
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of electronics and mechanics.
• Computer competence and knowledge of the MS Office products (obligatory).
• Motivation to achieve targets; ability to work in a team; desire to learn and be part of continuous development.

Responsabilidades

• Operational gaming equipment risk preventive maintenance, repair and supervision, related database updating and data analysis.
• Monitor and update operational reports, database ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports: inventory files, integrity and KPIs reports.
• Ensure that all relevant operations gaming equipment is available, risk-safe and working.
• Perform gaming consumables inventory/ordering, security and utilization.
• Perform quality improvement and control functions: new equipment testing.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks.
• Regular status reporting to direct management.
• Dotted line reporting to Equipment Integrity Unit (GIR).
• Ensure neatness and accuracy of all work.
• Perform other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the requirements.

As a Gaming Equipment Technician you will be responsible for equipment handling and other related operations within the organisation with an underlying willingness to continuously develop and implement current procedures while remaining flexible to the growing and changing demands of the organisation as a whole.

Key responsibilities

• Operational gaming equipment risk preventive maintenance, epair and supervision, related database updating and data analysis.
• Monitor and update operational reports, database ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports: inventory files, integrity and KPIs reports.
• Ensure that all relevant operations gaming equipment (for example roulette wheels etc.) is available, risk-safe and working.
• Perform gaming consumables(cards/balls/dices) inventory/ordering, security and utilization.
• Perform quality improvement and control functions: new equipment testing.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks.
• Regular status reporting to direct management.
• Dotted line reporting to Equipment Integrity Unit (GIR).
• Ensure neatness and accuracy of all work.
• Perform other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the requirements

Qualifications
