EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Test Analyst to evolve and support automated testing for complex game systems, improving reliability, coverage, and actionable feedback.

You will partner closely with engineers to diagnose issues and strengthen automation pipelines. Responsibilities include designing sophisticated automated tests, expanding coverage, extending scripts, reducing flakiness, and analyzing logs to isolate root causes.

Formación

• 2+ years of quality engineering or software testing experience.
• Test automation programming and scripting experience.
• Strong technical leadership through hands-on ownership and subject-matter expertise.
• Proven project collaboration in cross-functional teams with engineers and QAs.
• Solid C++ programming skills for building and extending automated tests.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JUnit.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a nice-to-have.

Responsabilidades

• Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems.
• Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient.
• Extend existing test scripts to keep pace with feature changes.
• Improve test reliability by reducing flakiness and strengthening assertions.
• Analyze automation logs to isolate root causes and reproduce defects with automation.
• Coordinate with engineers to validate fixes and regressions.
• Monitor automation pipeline health and stabilize CI/CD execution.
• Translate manual test needs into automation-ready specifications.
• Advise teams on best use of automation tools and frameworks.
