Upshop, a SaaS platform for fresh food retailers, seeks Full Stack Software Engineers to design, develop and maintain Azure-based solutions using C#, Angular and .NET MAUI. You will contribute across UI, API and database tiers, applying patterns and best practices in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

You will leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, participate in two-week sprints, and mentor peers while delivering secure, high-performance software in a modern Azure environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven enterprise software engineering experience (C#, Java, Python, Rust, Go or Node.js).
• End-to-end development across UI, app and database tiers.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures and concurrency.
• Familiarity with design patterns and modern software practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, security (OAuth2/JWT) and cloud-native architecture.
• Ability to learn new languages and tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain cloud-native applications on Azure using C#/.NET Core.
• Apply design patterns and clean architecture for scalable solutions.
• Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring and testing.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and DevOps in Agile sprints.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.

About the role

We are looking for agile, fast-learning and collaborative Full Stack Software Engineers to join a globally distributed, high-performing team. You will design, develop and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using C#, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, SQL Server and Service Bus, with Angular on the web and .NET MAUI on mobile. The role is ideal for engineers with strong computer science fundamentals, a passion for design patterns and the ability to pick up new languages and frameworks quickly. You will use AI daily in your engineering workflow to maximize productivity and quality.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain secure, high-performance applications with C#/.NET Core, Azure Functions and Azure services (Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, API Management).
• Apply design patterns, clean architecture and solid computer science fundamentals to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA and DevOps in two-week Agile sprints.
• Take part in code reviews, share knowledge and mentor junior engineers.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Required

• Proven experience in enterprise software engineering (C#, Java, Python, Rust, Go or Node.js).

• Angular for web development and .NET MAUI for mobile.
• Proven experience with C#/.NET Core and Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL Server).
• Background in grocery, food retail or similar industries.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with microservices, asynchronous programming and test-driven development.
