At BairesDev, a 100% remote tech powerhouse, we seek a Full-Stack .NET Technical Lead to shape architecture for a global tax-platform. You’ll guide engineers, review designs, and drive modern frontend and cloud-native backend practices using React, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.

You’ll set technical direction, mentor teams, and influence cross-team architecture decisions while delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on React and TypeScript experience.
• Azure cloud and microservices expertise.
• Proven experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Module Federation and micro frontend concepts is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Serve as the day-to-day technical point of contact with the client’s architecture lead.
• Unblock engineers against established architecture and design patterns.
• Review designs and represent the squad’s work in cross-team forums.

Full-Stack .NET Technical Lead at BairesDev

In this role, you'll be the day-to-day technical point of contact for a global tax client-experience platform, unblocking engineers against established architecture and patterns while representing the squad's work in cross-team forums. Built as a React micro frontend shell with containerized ASP.NET Core microservices on Azure, this platform combines modern frontend architecture with cloud-native backend services. This is your opportunity to set the technical example, directly shaping how architecture decisions are made and recommendations get adopted across the platform.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the day-to-day technical point of contact with the client's architecture lead.
• Unblock engineers against established architecture and design patterns.
• Review designs and represent the squad's work in cross-team forums.
• Contribute recommendations to the platform's emerging architecture.
• Set the technical example for containers, micro frontends, and pipeline practices that are new to internal teams.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core microservices.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure.
• Proven experience with system design and architecture review.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture, including Module Federation.
• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Background with CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion.
• Experience with Entra ID, OAuth2, or JWT.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Azure Container Apps.
• Experience with Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with Service Bus.
• Experience with Kafka or event streaming.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
