INGEPSY is seeking a remote, LATAM-based senior full-stack software engineer with a strong backend focus to build and maintain services, integrations, and web experiences for a modern content management platform. You will work with Node.js, React, Next.js, and a headless CMS to deliver scalable APIs and robust UI components.

The role emphasizes SSR/SSG workflows, API integrations, testing, and AI-assisted development (not ML expertise required).

Formación

• 4-5+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Strong Node.js and backend-development experience.
• Experience with Next.js or a similar server-side rendering framework.
• Experience building backend services and REST APIs.
• Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience with a headless CMS such as Contentstack, Contentful, Strapi, or a similar platform.
• Experience building reusable UI components and dynamic forms.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with Jest, Playwright, React Testing Library, or similar testing tools.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with code-quality tools such as ESLint and Prettier.
• Experience supporting personalization and A/B testing.
• Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and API integrations.
• Develop Node.js services, REST APIs, and GraphQL/gRPC integrations.
• Build React components and content blocks for marketing and web experiences.
• Develop and optimize SSR and SSG workflows using Next.js.
• Implement content models and manage CMS schema changes.
• Build reusable UI components and dynamic forms.
• Integrate third-party APIs and troubleshoot data flows.
• Support personalization and A/B testing.
• Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to implementation and testing.
• Contribute to platform performance, scalability, reliability, and CI/CD processes.
• Participate in Git-based development workflows.
