A dynamic technology company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape a cloud-based platform for life insurance products. This position involves developing core software solutions, collaborating in an agile environment, and requires strong backend and frontend development skills. Ideal candidates should have over 6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and a proficiency in various technologies. Formación

• 6+ years of experience writing production-quality code, ideally on core software product development.
• Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours.
• Solid experience with back end frameworks (NodeJS, Golang, .NET or Java).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular or Vue).
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or Postgres.
• Experience with 3rd party software integrations (REST APIs, XML, JSON).
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers (AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
• Overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will play a critical role in shaping a cloud-based platform that is redefining how life insurance products are built, delivered, and experienced digitally. You’ll influence core product evolution, balancing front-end excellence with scalable backend design in a remote, agile environment. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with product leadership, and the chance to grow within a mission-driven, fast-evolving engineering team using modern full stack practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work on the development of features that optimize main products and platform;
• Build production quality software that will be part of core products and platform;
• Work in an agile team closely collaborating with other software engineers and a product manager;
• Work in a remote environment.

MUST HAVES

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field ;
• 6+ years of experience writing production-quality code, ideally on core software product development (not only professional services or implementation projects);
• Solid experience with back end frameworks ( NodeJS, Golang, .NET OR Java );
• Familiarity with TypeScript ;
• Front-end experience with JavaScript Frameworks ( React, Angular OR Vue );
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or Postgres ;
• Experience working with 3rd party software integrations ( REST APIs, XML, JSON );
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers ( AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes etc.);
• Experience with Test Driven Development ;
• Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours ;
• Upper-intermediate English level .
