Trading Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help shape the next generation of our logistics platform in Barranquilla. You will contribute to both frontend and backend, building robust features and APIs while collaborating with Product, UX/UI, and the technology team.

You will design scalable services, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, driving quality and automation across the stack.

Formación

• Four or more years of experience as a Full Stack Developer developing modern web applications.
• Proficiency in React and/or Next.js and Node.js APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

That is why we are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) who enjoys solving complex problems, building high-impact products, and actively participating in the technical decisions of a constantly evolving platform.

Working hand in hand with Product, UX/UI, and the technology team, you will design, develop, and implement new features within our product ecosystem, participating in both frontend and backend development.

What You'll Do:

Requirements:

• Four (4) or more years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, developing modern web applications.
• Proficiency in React and/or Next.js.
• Experience developing APIs with Node.js.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of architecture, security, and performance best practices.
• Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Nice to Have (Will be a Plus):

• Experience in the logistics sector, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience developing products for the financial sector (Fintech, Banking, or Payments).
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms or B2B products.
