Qualifications

• 1+ years food management experience.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5 or more employees.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete reporting.
• Work with team to prepare and package products for customers.
• Understand financial reporting including P&L to drive business changes.
• Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.
