You will collaborate with regional and global teams to drive adoption and cross-sell solutions. Ideal candidates bring fraud management experience, strong data skills, and the ability to translate technical details into business impact.

Formación

• Experience in fraud management and client engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer authorization and fraud performance via structured data.
• Generate presentations reflecting customer reality and risk performance.
• Deliver training on Mastercard AI fraud offerings and usage.
• Build regional risk and product utilization reviews for clients.
• Support customers during fraud attacks and onboarding activities.
• Communicate customer feedback to product and regional teams.
• Create best-practice documentation and industry knowledge outputs.
