Sezzle in Bogotá is seeking a Fraud & Disputes Intern to join our dynamic risk and disputes teams. You will analyze card and ACH disputes, work cross-functionally, and help determine the best action to assist customers.

This paid internship runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm Central Time, with opportunities to learn AI-enabled workflows and contribute to loss-prevention improvements alongside data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications

• Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training.

Responsibilities

• Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and resolve disputes within the allowed timeframes.
• Work cross functionally with fraud and disputes teams to determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.
• Investigate individual transactions using internal policies to identify patterns or trends.
• Understand our systems and tools; analyze account patterns through data analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists and engineering to improve loss prevention mechanisms, processes and tools.
