Fragrances Evaluator – Home & Fabric Care, your future role?

Working with our creative teams and with our experienced perfumers, you will develop fragrances that will be beloved by our clients and consumers. Your goal will be to understand the needs of the consumers and our clients and lead the projects of our Cosmetic and Fine Fragrance business. You'll apply your creativity to develop the fragrances that will be the future classics of the Andean market.

Working on-site in our offices in Bogotá, Colombia, and reporting to the Creative Fragrance Director, you will join a team of passionate shapers of the best fine fragrances in the world.

From daybreak to dusk, the creations of our Fragrance Development team capture the hearts of consumers. If your olfactory senses are finely attuned, if you can understand the many layers of a fragrance and creatively interpret your findings to hone the development process, if you live for the challenge of capturing the next new scent to inspire a generation, join us.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Evaluation Projects

• Manage fragrances development projects for Home and Fabric care categories.
• Help win briefs by selecting suitable fragrances to meet our customer's needs.
• Manage the collection and ensure its agreement on our needs.
• Write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends.
• Research and understand the market dynamics and the consumers' needs.
• Collaborate directly with Perfumers to develop fragrance themes.

Cross-teams cooperation

• Work with sales colleagues throughout the project process to ensure meeting of customer requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant marketing colleagues for trends information and internal and client presentations.

You?

Your professional profile must include:

• University degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in the role within the Fragrance industry with specific experience in the Home & Fabric Care categories. This includes experience in:
• Fragrance creation.
• Olfactory skills.
• Evaluation/application and research methodologies.
• Home & Fabric care fragrances industry and sales landscape for the Andean market including competitors and regulatory guidelines.
• CMI testing protocols and procedures.
• All required functional steps in the brief handling processes.
• Work with clients as a Senior Evaluator, with emphasis on customer relationship & mutual respect.
• Fluent level of English, both oral and written.
