Empresa Confidencial in Bogotá seeks an engineer to turn AI demos into production. You’ll design, build, and optimize AI Agents, integrate with CRMs and APIs, and explain trade-offs to enterprise customers.

You have 5+ years in software/AI, strong Python, APIs, Git, and hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and tool calling. You’ll lead discovery calls and work across Product, Engineering, and customers.

Formación

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI/ML, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong Python, APIs, Git, and genuinely production-quality code.

• Lead technical discovery with customers and turn messy business requirements into clean, scalable architecture

• Be the technical translator between Product, Engineering, and the customer

If you love taking generative AI out of the demo and into real production environments, this one's for you. We're looking for an engineer who's equally comfortable writing solid Python, designing AI agent workflows, and sitting across the table from an enterprise customer explaining the trade-offs.

What you'll actually do:

• Design, build, and optimize AI Agents — prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, evaluation and grounding
• Integrate agents into real enterprise systems: CRMs, contact center platforms, APIs, databases
• Lead technical discovery with customers and turn messy business requirements into clean, scalable architecture
• Take solutions from proof-of-concept to production — with the monitoring and reliability to back it up
• Be the technical translator between Product, Engineering, and the customer

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI/ML, or Technical Consulting
• Strong Python, APIs, Git, and genuinely production-quality code
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, and agent evaluation
• REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks — integration is second nature to you
• At least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), plus Docker/CI-CD
• Comfortable leading discovery calls, workshops, and stakeholder conversations
• Bonus points: CCaaS, chatbots/voicebots, CX tech, or agent orchestration frameworks
