Aros Marine is seeking a professional to join our team in Colombia for international projects. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating the work of employees and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality task completion, and maintaining communication with clients.

Formación

• Solid experience in ship hull fitting required.
• Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs is necessary.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and evaluate work of employees and subcontractors.

• Complete timesheets and reports.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and evaluating the work of company employees and subcontractors.
• Ensuring the necessary conditions for smooth execution of work.
• Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks and improving work quality.
• Completing timesheets and work progress reports.
• Resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintaining close communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Working on overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Have solid experience in ship hull fitting.
• Communicate fluently in English (Russian is an advantage).
• Be proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Have skills and a understanding in the field of engineering and technology (technical education is an advantage).
• Hold a category B driving license.
• Be detail-oriented, loyal, responsible, and have strong communication skills.
• Have knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations (an advantage).

Location & Compensation

• Work on international projects abroad.
• From 3600 € / mon. net
