Revolut Ltd in Bogotá is seeking a FinCrime Team Lead to support analysts and drive top-quality performance in anti-fraud efforts. You will manage a team of 10–15 analysts, ensure productivity, quality, and SLA adherence while addressing complex investigations.

Work with Product and Engineering to patch risk gaps, communicate clearly with regulators, law enforcement, and internal teams, and mentor staff in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in fraud detection, risk mitigation or financial crime operations.
• 2+ years leading operational fraud analyst teams of 5+ people.
• Experience managing real-time queues, shift schedules and SLA targets.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work from the Bogotá office.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of 10–15 FinCrime Analysts.
• Oversee daily performance, productivity, quality and SLA adherence.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings and performance reviews.
• Challenge processes for continuous improvement.
• Identify unusual performance trends and raise awareness.
• Take ownership of difficult problems and lead in the workplace.
• Act as liaison for law enforcement in ongoing investigations from submitted SAR.
