Formación

• Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field in final semesters.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with MS Office and basic financial systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and generate financial reports (Balance & P&L) to support decision-making.
• Organize and store financial documentation in shared locations.
• Manage WBS, sales orders, and service orders for project closure and monthly status reports.
• Collaborate with Logistics and shared services for data accuracy and closure.
• Reconcile order backlog and review figures during month-end closures at project level.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure policy compliance.

Job Description

Position: Financial Project Analyst Intern

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: 6 Months / 1 year

Education Recommendations: Students in their final semesters of Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to join our Financial Project Controller team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing financial reports and ensuring the smooth closure of projects. Your work will directly impact the decision-making process and the overall success of our projects. This is a great opportunity for a finance or accounting graduate to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Prepare and generate financial reports (Balance and P&L) to support decision-making by Financial Project Controllers.
• Organize and store financial documentation and reports in shared locations for easy access.
• Manage WBS, sales orders, and service orders to support project closure and deliver monthly status reports to Project Controllers.
• Collaborate with Logistics and shared services teams to ensure successful project closure and data accuracy.

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the team during busy periods and deadlines.
