CRISIL is seeking a data operations professional to support PM solutions by coordinating with multiple PM teams and improving data processes. The role involves understanding investment decision workflows, exploring how AI and technology can drive efficiencies in data sourcing, model updates, and transcript data extraction.

Candidates should have a solid ability to code to implement solutions, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Claude or Cowork. NYC-adjacent hours are desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration / Accountability.
• SQL proficiency, including window functions.

Responsabilidades

• Work across all PM teams to align data operations and insights.
• Develop understanding of investment decision processes and day-to-day responsibilities.
• Identify how AI/tech can streamline data sourcing, model updates and data extraction (transcripts).

Role

Management Capabilities - has centralized data operations team as well as some PMs have data sector specialists as part of analyst team. Data Ops Team is looking for an individual to support the following PM Solutions role (profile):

• Works across all PM teams
• Gain better understanding of current investment decision making processes and day-to-day responsibilities
• How could AI/tech help streamline (drive efficiencies) – data sourcing, updating models, data extraction (transcripts)
• Should have experience with Claude and/or Cowork
• Needs to have very solid communication skills
• Should be able to code to help implement necessary solution(s)
• Should be willing to work NYC hours (or close to it)
