Sanofi in Bogotá is seeking a Finance Analyst to support ContOps Transversal spend processes. You will execute operational controlling, ensure SOX compliance, and contribute to financial process improvements across the Americas. The role requires 3+ years in finance, with SAP/TM1/Shift experience and a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance.

Fluent English (B2) and ability to work in a complex, international matrix environment are essential. Up to 50% remote work is available.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • 3+ years in finance environment; experience in service delivery operations, pharmaceutical or public accounting.
  • Knowledge of SAP, TM1, and Shift; familiarity with process automation and digital transformation.
  • Experience with SOX controls and financial closing processes.

  • Perform MDM review and information extraction.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal controls.
  • Propose continuous improvements in ways of working.
  • Prepare reports for closing analysis.
  • Support Hub team with ad hoc projects.

In this journey, the Finance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring daily business continuity while supporting the harmonization of financial processes across the Americas perimeter. The Finance Analyst is responsible for executing operational controlling activities, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes within the Transversal Spend team. Main responsibilities
  • Create of WBS
  • Approve Purchase Orders

  • Prepare reports for closing analysis
  • Other ad hoc projects and works within Hub team
About you

The candidate is expected to have solid knowledge of controlling processes and demonstrate the ability to execute financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience: 3+ years in finance environment, preferably in service delivery operations, Pharmaceutical and public accounting experience. Shift, TM1 and SAP experience, knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives, knowledge of SOX controls.

Soft & Hard skills: effective change management capabilities, analytical and strategic thinking, stron organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, ability to work in a complex international matrix environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong financial analysis and interpretation, strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, knowledge of SAP, TM1, and shift, capable of working in multiple systems and tools, a solid grasp of evolving Sanofi technology platforms, processes, and controls.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.

Languages: English level B2
