A leading recruitment firm is seeking Stylists & Personal Shoppers to support AI projects. Responsibilities include designing shopper profiles and developing evaluation rubrics. Candidates should have experience in styling and retail asset creation. This position offers a part-time commitment of approximately 20 hours/week, with compensation between $35–$40/hour. The role is fully remote.

• Strong professional experience in consumer-shopping roles.

Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $35–$40/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 weeks

Commitment: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

(Training support will be provided)

• Design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems by creating realistic shopper profiles
• Develop high-quality prompts and rigorous evaluation rubrics for product-recommendation tasks
• Apply expertise in trend spotting, brand benchmarking, and translating shopper needs into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, e-commerce category management, or related consumer-shopping roles
• Proven ability to create retail assets such as inventory scorecards, product-content libraries, and campaign-ROI reports
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
