What can you expect in a Facilities Technician role at TaskUs?

We are looking for a Facilities Technician who will ensure the proper execution of maintenance and cleaning activities through planning, supervision, and control of budgets, vendor management, and continuous monitoring to ensure the quality and operational efficiency of the facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency regulations.
• Administer and monitor contracts with maintenance, cleaning, and construction service providers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms established with providers.
• Maintain updated and detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Conduct daily inspections and generate reports on the state of the facilities.

Key Requirements:

• Level of education: Technician, technologist, or professional.
• CONTE card (mandatory).
• Certification as a height coordinator (desirable).

Essential Requirements:

Formation: Technician, technologist, or professional in electrical or electronic maintenance.

Certification: CONTE card (mandatory requirement).

Minimum experience: 2 years in maintenance and general services areas.

Knowledge and experience in:

1. Maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive) of: electrical and electronic equipment, UPS, electrical panels, power plants, and substations.
2. Fire protection systems, HVAC systems, elevators, and locative maintenance (painting, plumbing, patching, and tiling).
3. Medium and low-voltage electrical networks.
4. Height work (ideally with height coordinator certification).
5. General services and cleaning management.
6. Microsoft Office use.
7. Operational staff management and leadership.
