Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a European public-sector data project. The role covers collection, integration, cleaning, harmonisation and analysis of complex datasets, with emphasis on quality and reproducibility.

You will design data-processing workflows using SQL, Python or R, manage databases, perform entity matching and validation, and develop dashboards for policy and technical audiences in an international setting. Sevilla, Spain.

Formación

• Master's or equivalent (EQF Level 7) with 5+ years IT experience
• Bachelor's or equivalent (EQF Level 6) with 7+ years IT experience
• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
• 3+ years collecting, cleaning, harmonising and analysing structured and semi-structured data using SQL and Python, R or equivalent
• 3+ years data extraction and transformation, construction/maintenance of databases and reproducible datasets
• 3+ years entity identification, record linkage, deduplication across heterogeneous sources
• 2+ years exploratory, descriptive or comparative data analysis or indicator development
• 1+ year ML/NLP or AI-assisted methods for processing textual/unstructured data
• 6 months EU funding/public-sector data processing
• 6 months data visualisation and communicating findings to non-technical audiences
• At least one professional certification related to Data Analytics/BI/Data Eng/Data Governance (e.g., MS Power BI Data Analyst, Azure Data Engineer)

Responsabilidades

• Collect, assess, integrate and manage data from EU, national and other administrative/public-sector databases.
• Clean, transform and harmonise structured and semi-structured datasets using SQL, Python, R or equivalent tools.
• Identify and standardise organisations, beneficiaries and entities across data sources.
• Design and apply entity matching, record linkage, deduplication and reconciliation techniques.
• Build and maintain relational or analytical databases with metadata and data dictionaries.
• Define and implement data-quality and validation controls for completeness, consistency and accuracy.
• Develop reproducible extraction, transformation and analytical workflows with documented rules.
• Perform exploratory, descriptive and comparative analysis and develop analytical indicators.
• Create analytical tables, visuals, dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with textual/unstructured data and support AI/NLP-assisted workflows.
• Review and validate automatically extracted data, mentioning false positives/negatives.
• Document data sources, methodologies, limitations, data lineage and quality issues.
• Collaborate with policy officers, data owners, IT specialists and other stakeholders.
• Present findings and methodologies clearly to diverse audiences.

Educación
