Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a versatile Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and map integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You will lead testing and ensure end-to-end quality in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, a CS or related degree, and CSPO or

Qualifications

• Elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Lead end-to-end testing and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements for WMS initiatives.
• Lead Technical Integration with external systems.
• Drive comprehensive flow testing and UAT readiness.
• Serve as expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
