Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering with a focus on functional programming.
• Expertise in building highly concurrent and fault-tolerant systems using Erlang.
• Deep understanding of the OTP framework and BEAM VM.
• Strong background in developing messaging or real-time communication infrastructure.
• Experience with telecom-grade systems and distributed architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop distributed, soft real-time applications using Erlang and OTP.
• Implement highly concurrent systems with lightweight processes and asynchronous messaging.
• Build and maintain supervisor trees for self-healing and fault tolerance.
• Optimize performance and scalability across BEAM nodes and clusters.
• Manage the full development lifecycle of mission-critical messaging or telecom infrastructure.
• Apply hot code reloading to update production systems with zero downtime.
