Evalueserve is seeking an investment research analyst in Colombia to liaise between sales and investment banking teams, conduct company research, and build robust Excel-based financial models. You will analyze industry and financial risks, perform DCF and relative valuations, and prepare information memoranda and client-ready presentation decks.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Formación

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in credit/ equity research or IB advisory or private equity.
• Graduate in business administration, finance, economy, accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong Excel-based modeling.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
• Strong communication with US/Europe clients and other centers of Evalueserve.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage overlapping tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between sales and investment banking teams.
• Research news, financial data, company presentations; participate in earnings calls and investor relations calls.
• Analyze company strengths/risks across industry and finance.
• Create and maintain Excel-based financial models incl. forecasting and benchmarking.
• Perform DCF and market-based valuation using multiples.
• Update client databases and financial models; support earnings season.
• Prepare information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, deal decks, due diligence decks.
• Write financial reports and presentations in English.
