Nuvei, a Canadian fintech leader, seeks an Enterprise Support Specialist to join the fast-growing Operations team in a hybrid setup. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Premium and Enterprise clients, handling complex technical issues via Salesforce, email, and chat, and guide product improvements with cross-functional partners across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical support within Payments/FinTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Strong API/SDK, SQL and log analysis skills.
• Experience supporting global enterprise clients and C-level engagement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical trusted advisor for Premium and Enterprise clients.
• Manage and resolve production-level issues using Salesforce and chat tools.
• Coordinate and prioritize support requests based on urgency.
• Investigate errors/logs and provide actionable insights.
• Provide real-time technical guidance on Nuvei products.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Operations, and Risk teams to drive resolution.
• Support clients across Gaming, Airlines, Retail, and E-commerce.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend shifts.
