EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Software Engineering Manager to architect an AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will own end-to-end delivery across backend services and AI features in a high-autonomy environment.

You will design end-to-end solutions, build Python FastAPI backends, integrate LLM capabilities for chat and interfaces, and collaborate with business users to ship reliable features with strong testing and monitoring.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience with FastAPI.
• Experience with LLM/GenAI and AI feature integration.
• High autonomy, ability to drive ambiguity from concept to delivery.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end solutions for an AI-powered financial assistant platform.
• Build backend services and APIs in Python using FastAPI.
• Integrate LLM capabilities for chat, reporting, and interfaces.
