Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to lead engagement initiatives, communicate key messages, and capture team feedback across campuses. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace and acting as a brand ambassador for employees on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills - must multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to implement change and innovation.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Help leadership meet campus engagement goals and act as an ambassador for the employee experience.
• Be flexible as programs evolve across campuses and roles.
• Set the tone for on-site employees to stay engaged and motivated.
• Collaborate with corporate and on-site teams for engagement needs and goals.
• Gather employee feedback from campuses, host focus groups, and distribute surveys.
• Work with on-site and remote coordinators to achieve goals and efficiency.
• Serve as a communication hub for all employees on-site and monitor campus pulse.
• Assist in planning and facilitating corporate events.
• Prioritize overlapping projects and set clear expectations with leadership.
• Communicate with site and corporate leaders on progress and results.
