Job summary

VirtueStaff LLC is seeking an Email Marketing Designer for our client, a digital marketing agency, to craft marketing emails, promotional layouts, and newsletter templates using client briefs. You will work primarily in Figma, producing polished assets for women-owned e-commerce brands, fashion labels, and med spas, then hand off clean files to the implementation team.

A strong portfolio of conversion-driven email layouts and sharp visual hierarchy is essential, with experience in beauty or DTC

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing modern, conversion-focused email and newsletter designs.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, mobile layout balance, and effective CTA placement.
• High proficiency in Figma for layout creation and asset export. Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create visual layouts, header graphics, and modular templates for promotional campaigns and newsletters.
• Interpret creative briefs and client style guides to produce consistent, brand-aligned designs.
• Focus strictly on visual design work without handling campaign scheduling, ESP execution, or coding.
• Scribe, slice, and export production-ready design files for the buildout team.
• Keep design files, component libraries, and master templates organized in Figma.
• Incorporate feedback from creative directors to refine concepts quickly.
• Use Figma features and modern design workflows to keep production efficient.
• Tailor aesthetics across diverse client verticals, including women-owned consumer brands, fashion, beauty, and med spas.
