Regus in Bogota (Tintal) is seeking a Community Sales Manager to ensure smooth operation of the centre while driving sales growth and client satisfaction. You’ll motivate a team of associates, welcome members, coordinate events, and oversee facilities to deliver a first-class customer experience.

You’ll actively promote Regus membership to new customers, arrange networking events, manage move-ins, and maintain strong relationships with members.

Formación

• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Aptitude for multitasking and prioritising in a busy centre.
• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day running of the centre with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Inspire and develop the associate team to maximise performance.
