Are you highly organized and skilled at managing schedules efficiently? We are looking for a Scheduler to coordinate and optimize caregiver shifts, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality service!
Job Opportunity: Scheduler
Location: Bogota
Work Mode: On-site
Salary: $2,980,000 COP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CST
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule caregiver shifts to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Communicate with caregivers to confirm availability and assign shifts.
Oversee and adjust schedules to accommodate changes and emergencies.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to anticipate staffing needs.
Maintain accurate records of caregiver schedules and assignments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations regarding scheduling.
Provide support and guidance to caregivers on scheduling-related concerns.
Utilize scheduling software to manage and monitor shift assignments.
Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed.
Assist with internal sales and engage with potential clients seeking services.
Promptly and courteously respond to customer calls and inquiries.
Listen to customer concerns and requests for schedule changes, caregiver preferences, or service feedback, making necessary adjustments.
Handle additional administrative tasks assigned by the Owner.
Requirements
Previous experience in scheduling roles, preferably in the homecare sector.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a high-demand environment and adapt to unexpected changes.
Bilingual skills are valued but not required.
Strong verbal skills and ability to maintain effective communication in a chat-based environment.
Availability for on-call duties outside regular office hours.
