Job Summary

ELT Learning Consultant: Define strategies with customers to meet their needs, close new business, and maintain existing accounts. Organize and plan sales strategies across the assigned territory, create customized solutions, develop strategic plans with clients, including technology solutions, and build long-term relationships with customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify priorities and develop action plans for the assigned territory.
• Create and execute account-specific action plans.
• Define strategic plans in collaboration with clients.
• Achieve financial, sales, penetration, and forecast targets.
• Update all opportunities in the CRM.
• Address specific client needs.
• Understand NGL product lines, applications, and value propositions.
• Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis.

Skills You Will Need:

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales, ELT, or editorial experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional technology.
