Role Objective

The candidate should possess detailed knowledge of supply chain processes, preferably in subcontracting and EPC companies. The Supply Chain Systems Manager is a seasoned professional experienced in system implementation, leading functional teams, and acting as a key point of contact for users and project leadership. Responsibilities include mapping, defining, and standardizing technology, data, and business processes, translating Worley's long-term business strategy into system architecture, and ensuring proper system implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding pre-contract processes: EOI, market analysis, RFx events, site visits, clarifications, award recommendations, and document preparation.
  • Understanding post-contract processes: launch sessions, policies, deliverable assurance, progress meetings, contract amendments, and closure.
  • Leading contract system implementations as part of project teams.
  • Ensuring proper adoption of implemented systems.
  • Developing advanced knowledge of Worley's procurement processes and system execution.
  • Understanding Worley's system architecture and interactions, guiding system and process implementations aligned with business vision.
  • Collaborating across departments to meet their needs.
  • Leading and developing teams, influencing correct tool usage.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Communicating clearly with teams and stakeholders.
  • Focusing on results, process efficiency, and project objectives.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, law, economics, engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and procurement system implementation.
  • English proficiency: B2-C1.
  • Location: Bogotá (must attend office at least twice a week).
