At Serviclients Informática, we are looking for a Workplace Solutions Architect to join our Pre‑Sales Delivery team. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of experience as a solutions architect for digital and desktop environments—including at least 2 years leading large-scale proposals and designing complex, multi-technology architectures and managed workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for the technical architecture of the solution, costs, and pricing.
2. Design the solution in a formal offer document based on client requirements.
3. Lead the presale / bid process for new business opportunities, providing the complete solution and coordinating the team of solution architects throughout the process.
4. Ensure that the architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, etc.
5. Responsible for the production of high-level designs and supervise the low-level design and other technical documents related to the project.
6. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand how they can deliver the benefits of workplace solutions to their organizations while reducing risks through automation and request remediation.
7. Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to educate and engage a broader community of customers, partners, and coworkers.
8. Evaluate existing workplace strategies and conduct TCO analysis and security considerations as part of a workplace solution adoption framework.

Requirements & Skills

1. Fluency in Spanish and English.
2. High communication skills and ability to present solutions to customers.
3. Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience in designing Agile / Scrum services.
4. Experience in implementing methodologies and processes in services.
5. Experience in the transformation and evolution of IT workplace services.
6. Architecture design for workplace solutions and migration from on-premise environments to cloud solutions, mainly in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
7. Experience in technology consulting projects: infrastructure transformation and evolution, digital transformation, and workplace solution adoption.
8. Definition of strategies and roadmaps for workplace solutions.
9. Conducting readiness assessments for workplace solutions from technical and business perspectives.
10. Experience in managing costs and preparing pricing models for offers.
11. Enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams and can clearly communicate complex technology solutions at all organizational levels.
12. Microsoft 365: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
13. AWS Solutions Architect Certification in Workplace certification.
