We are looking for Salesforce Tech Leads to join our Development team and participate in various projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. What You Will Do:

• Implement and administer Sales Cloud to support global business objectives, working with internal teams to drive results in customer acquisition, engagement, & retention.
• Gather business requirements by collaborating closely with business users to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Handle APEX & Visualforce coding, object & field creation, integration and synchronization, Salesforce administration, data accuracy, segmentation, data management, and reporting.

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Advanced experience in Salesforce programming.
• Expertise in APEX.
• Advanced English proficiency.
