Job summary

PepsiCo Colombia is seeking an Early Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst to manage the SENA Apprenticeship Program, ensuring compliance and alignment with business talent needs. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, apprentice lifecycle management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement with SENA, educational institutions, HR, Payroll, Finance, and business teams.

• Advanced English proficiency required due to global reporting structure.
• Experience with SENA, apprenticeship or early career programs preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SENA Program Management: coordinate end-to-end administration of the SENA Apprenticeship Program, including hiring, onboarding, apprentice movements, productive training, and offboarding activities.
• Talent Attraction & Recruitment: support apprenticeship and Early Talent hiring through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and pipeline development.
• Compliance & Regulatory Management: ensure compliance with SENA apprenticeship regulations by monitoring quotas, validating documentation, supporting audits, and maintaining required records.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with SENA, educational institutions, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: maintain accurate program data and reporting, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment, compliance, and operational efficiency.
