Big Blue Marble Academy is hiring an Early Child Care Assistant Teacher. We offer full-time and part-time roles for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a supportive environment.

You will work with the Lead Teacher, collaborate with families, and document milestones using electronic tracking. We emphasize safety, teamwork, and inclusive care while supporting career growth and development.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
• Employees must be able to stand six to eight hours daily and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must visually supervise children at all times during activities
• CDA or degree in early childhood preferred

Responsabilidades

• Work as a team with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom runs smoothly
• Partner with families to nurture and care for children
• Document children's milestones using electronic daily tracking
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe
