A leading company in the home improvement industry seeks a Product Manager to oversee new product development and market analysis in Latin America. This role involves strategic decision-making and coordinating product launches to meet consumer demands. Candidates should have a strong background in marketing and product management, with excellent communication skills in English.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading various new product development projects and conducting market and product analyses to support strategic decision-making. Consolidate and analyze the product master data for Latin America by region and channels.
Gather and interpret market trend and needs information, providing conclusions and recommendations.
Lead new product development initiatives to fulfill consumer and market demands.
Coordinate activities related to new product launches, including design briefs, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and project feasibility assessments.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing/Product management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
Ability to communicate effectively in English for business conversations.
