The Impact of a Senior Engagement Manager at Coupa:

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will oversee end-to-end implementation of the Coupa solution, either directly or through our certified partners. You will ensure successful 'go-lives' and serve as a system expert aligned with customer business goals. Your responsibilities include managing project reports, risk mitigation, and resource alignment.

What You'll Do:

1. Assist customers in achieving their goals and ensure timely, successful implementations. Build strong partnerships.
2. Lead all phases of implementation from mobilization to deployment, including process discussions.
3. Collaborate with partners and engage customers in strategic business discussions.
4. Provide technical and functional expertise, demonstrating the full Coupa platform and its configuration to meet customer needs.
5. Develop and refine implementation templates, training, and presentations, tailoring methodologies to each customer.
6. Work effectively both independently and in teams, including travel up to 50%, and conduct platform demonstrations and training.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

1. Experience with Procure to Pay processes is highly desirable.
2. 7+ years in systems applications consulting, either internally or externally.
3. Strong client management skills and experience in procurement, AP, or Expense Management implementations.
4. Experience with SaaS and familiarity with financial, customer management, or sales automation software.
5. Previous senior consulting experience with applications like Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, etc.
6. Excellent communication skills.
