What We Are Seeking

We are looking for a talented Process Improvement Consultant to support our growth across LATAM. You will analyze, propose, and implement process improvements using Bizagi and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Investigate industry best practices and identify new solutions to business issues through process analysis.
  2. Propose process improvements to enhance agility, innovation, and collaboration.
  3. Design, automate, and integrate processes in Bizagi to improve organizational productivity.
  4. Document processes according to standards to ensure standardization and control of organizational knowledge.
  5. Support a collaborative culture using technological tools to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  6. Provide user support, training, and ensure proper application performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, electronic engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.

Skills

Experience

  • At least 3 years in process improvement projects.
  • Process management and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Languages

  • English level: B1 minimum.
