Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will lead delivery teams of designers and engineers and work directly with customers to build complex custom software applications. You will chart out the approach to achieve results, conduct research activities, participate in design reviews, prioritize work, lead backlog refinement, iteration planning, demos, and release planning. This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere, with occasional travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to develop and implement complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and shape product strategy.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap.
• Work with UX/UI designers to visualize ideas and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the growth of our Product Management culture.

Delivery Team Leadership

• Own the delivery team, define milestones, and oversee project activities.
• Break down requirements into epics and user stories.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and develop teams into high performers.

Consulting

• Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and scope work.
• Make improvement recommendations and communicate risks.
• Educate clients on our processes and ensure ROI.

Must Have Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software development projects.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and workshops.
• Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized, and team-oriented.
• Strong credibility and communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Figma, Miro.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous consulting experience.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master or Product Owner).
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs.
• Experience with wireframes and design changes.
