We're Hiring: Risk Management Assistant

Location: Bogotá – Initial training on-site (AV Cra 19 #100-45), then remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 46 hours/week (office hours, exact schedule TBD)

Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinite Term)

Are you passionate about data, compliance, and risk? We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Assistant to join our global operations team!

Please note: This is not a senior-level role. We're looking for professionals with at least 1 year of relevant experience—either in data analysis, customer service, or marketing. Audit experience is also highly valuable and can be considered.

What You’ll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer service or marketing environments.
  • Experience conducting audits is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ minimum) – you’ll be communicating with global teams.
  • Strong analytical, research, and learning skills.
  • Understanding of business continuity planning and global privacy regulations.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and global compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, FCPA, and AML.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, assess, and analyze potential risks to global operations (operational, financial, regulatory, reputational).
  2. Perform risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and support mitigation strategies.
  3. Track and report on key risk metrics using dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
