Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure partnerships with businesses, media, NPOs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to enhance content distribution and external content scouting.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that provide financial or in-kind resources for joint impact projects.
  • Maintain a structured relationship management process to sustain and grow long-term partnerships.
  • Lead outreach efforts, develop proposals, and close partnership deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.
  • Track, measure, and report on partnership performance, ensuring high conversion rates from meetings to active collaborations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
  • Experience with international development organisations/banks is desirable
  • Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and impact-driven initiatives in economic empowerment, non-violence, safety and education.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Experience in media, communications, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
