At Connect2BPO, we're looking for a Vendor Outreach Specialist — a proactive, results-driven individual with great communication skills and experience in customer service or sales.

What You’ll Do:

- Reach out to vendors via email or outbound calls to educate them on our electronic payment solutions (VCC or ACH).

- Keep vendor records updated in our CRM and with our card-issuing partner.

- Foster a collaborative, values-driven workplace where sharing best practices is encouraged.

What We Offer:

- Monthly salary: $2,750,000 COP

- Transportation allowance: $200,000 COP

- Plus commissions!

Requirements:

- Advanced English (C1 level).

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sales-related roles.

- Accurate data entry skills and CRM experience.

- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.

- Knowledge of electronic payments (VCC and ACH) is a plus.
