- Manage end-to-end direct-to-consumer campaigns via Email and SMS.
- Plan and execute the marketing calendar, including copy briefs, segmentation, deployment, testing, and reporting.
- Audit and optimize automated flows and identify new opportunities for engagement and conversion.
- Design and execute cross-channel A/B testing to improve performance and insights.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to share campaign results and customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align communication strategies.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
A successful Lifecycle Marketing Specialist / Email Marketing Specialist you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Advanced english proficiency (B2+/C1 is a MUST)
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email/SMS communications.
- Strong technical skills with tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience in e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to deliver data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with adaptability in fast-paced settings.
