A leading jewelry company based in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Team Lead to oversee warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of ecommerce orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and team management and be fluent in both Spanish and English. This role promotes customer service excellence and involves supervising daily operational tasks.

Formación

  • Experience in logistics, operations, warehouse, or stock management.
  • Supervisory experience over a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Overview

Are you looking to be part of the world’s leading jewelry company and apply your Fulfillment experience? Pandora is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Team Lead to support rapid digital growth and expansion in Colombia. The primary responsibilities are to guide the warehouse operations team of 3-4 people, ensure ecommerce orders are delivered on time, and provide great customer service for Pandora customers.


Responsibilities


  • Supervises associates engaged in all operational activities, including inventory management, customer service and carrier communication on day-to-day basis

  • Promotes excellent customer service by training junior staff, ensuring inquiries and complaints are handled professionally and timely

  • Performs operational activities including picking, packing and returns management

  • Responsible for team management including resource planning, operational productivity reporting and communication

  • Maintains awareness of service level requirements and operational security best practices


KPIs


  • Picking and packing time

  • Team management (employee NPS / retention of staff)


Qualifications


  • Experience as a store manager, logistics, operations, warehouse, stock management or similar

  • Team management experience is a must

  • Spanish and English fluent
