Jobtailor is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee human resources in Colombia, aligning global HR initiatives with local labor law and business needs.

You will partner with US HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal and business leaders to drive change, coach executives, and manage talent decisions.

Fluency in Spanish and strong English are required, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience and hands-on Workday expertise.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and HR practice.
• Experience driving change through a merger, acquisition, or major transformation.
• Experience with Workday and HR systems.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English, written and spoken.
