A leading company is seeking a CTO to architect its global app's backend system and lead a hybrid technical team. This role involves designing scalable platforms, managing technical debt, and developing APIs. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in managing remote teams, are effective communicators, and possess strong leadership skills. This is a pivotal position with potential for advancement to VP Engineering as the company scales.

Formación

  • 10+ years total experience in technology.
  • 4+ years in leadership roles leading backend teams.
  • Experience in startups or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable managing remote global teams.

Responsabilidades

CTO for global App:

Architect TT’s backend system end-to-end

Design highly scalable, global, secure platform

Supervise global hybrid team (India backend, Vietnam frontend, SEA QA, etc.)

Choose & build technical stack

Manage technical debt prevention

Build core APIs, data model, and cloud architecture

Eventually grow into VP Engineering / long-term CTO as company scales
